Most design, build and operations work is done remotely, so we serve clients nationwide. For on-site installation or surveys we primarily cover Tokyo and the surrounding area (other regions on request).

After you reach out via the contact form, we hold a 30–60 minute online discovery call to understand your current setup, then present a proposal and quote. Discovery and quoting are free of charge.

We work in Japanese, English and Chinese. Projects that involve overseas headquarters or branches — or heavy English documentation — can be handled end to end without interpreters.

Yes — we can sign an NDA before any engagement, including at the discovery stage. Network diagrams, account details and other materials you share are strictly controlled.

Absolutely. We often work alongside incumbent vendors — security-only engagements, second opinions on architecture, or standalone vulnerability assessments are all common.

Yes. We can take over operations and maintenance of environments built by others — starting with an assessment and the documentation needed for a clean handover.
