Information Security Policy
As a company engaged in cyber security and cloud infrastructure, Convey Inc. (the "Company") regards information security as one of its highest management priorities and establishes this Information Security Policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all information assets handled in the course of our business and to all of our officers and employees.
2. Compliance
We comply with laws, regulations, norms and contractual obligations related to information security, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
3. Governance
The Representative Director serves as the chief officer responsible for information security, and we maintain a structure to appropriately manage and protect information assets.
4. Management of Information Assets
We classify information assets according to their importance and implement technical, organizational and physical safeguards based on risk assessment.
5. Education and Awareness
We continuously educate our officers and employees on information security to raise security awareness.
6. Incident Response
In the event of an information security incident, we promptly contain its impact, investigate the cause and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
7. Continuous Improvement
We regularly evaluate and review our information security practices and strive for continuous improvement.
